Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, consistent service to all guests throughout the dining experience.
• Create a welcoming environment that reflects hospitality standards.
• Say yes mindset; find thoughtful solutions to guest requests.
• Guide guests through the menu with specials, pairings and informed suggestions.
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system.
• Understand menu ingredients and communicate allergens from memory.
• Communicate dietary restrictions to the kitchen clearly.
• Continuously monitor the dining experience to exceed expectations.
