Job summary

American Social - Miami (Brickell) is seeking a hospitality team member to warmly greet guests, guide ordering, and confidently describe menu items. You will deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused experience.

Role requires 18+, English fluency, and alcohol/certification; late-night hours may be required. You will work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with opportunities to assist across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for liquor service.
• English fluency required (speaking, reading, writing).
• Alcohol awareness certification required (e.g., ServSafe/TIPS).
• Food handling certification a plus.
• Ability to work late-night shifts up to 3am might be required.
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy in service.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Guide guests through beverage and food ordering, with recommendations.
• Describe and sell all menu items confidently.
• Deliver beverages and food efficiently; maintain engagement.
• Close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting return.
• Clean and prep tables; stock supplies for service.
• Support both FOH and BOH priorities; teamwork across shifts.
• Remain composed and work well under pressure.
• Follow managers’ directions and participate in marketing efforts.
• Be flexible to assist in other departments as needed.
