• Maintain clean, organized service stations, lobby areas, towels, and restrooms.
• Support beverage service for private events, including setup and breakdown.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
• Attend pre-shift briefings and uphold brand standards and service consistency.
