Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to perform or learn essential functions of the position.

• Must communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.
• Must be able to work under conditions of heat in food prep areas.
• Must maintain self-control and mental alertness during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously.
• Take orders and enter them into SUS POS system.
• Deliver beverages and meals to tables and assist with side dishes.
• Upsell breadsticks, wings, and other menu items.
• Process payments and return checks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables for the next guest.
