Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Servers. The role centers on making dining enjoyable through hospitality, a positive attitude, neat appearance, and courteous service.

Key duties include following the Eight Steps of Service, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, and supporting fellow Servers to ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will assist with opening/closing, side work, and reporting any equipment issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Promotes guest satisfaction and return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
• Ensures our restaurant is welcoming and inclusive for all guests.
• Awareness of guests’ needs and making the dining experience pleasurable.
• Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions.
• Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.
• Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
• Brings equipment and facility problems to the Manager’s attention.
• Follows safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co‑Workers and guests.
• Performs duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Follows local health department laws.
