Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co in Fayetteville, GA seeks enthusiastic servers to deliver gracious, professional dining experiences in alignment with Autograph Collection standards. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

You’ll set tables, bus tables, upsell wine pairings, maintain station cleanliness, participate in daily meetings, and handle cash with accuracy while working as part of a Front of House team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hospitality experience, preferably as a server.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use tablets, iPads, computers and POS system.
• Beverage knowledge including wine and liquor.
• Team player with Front of House staff.
• Ability to describe dishes and beverages to guests.
• Strong ownership and accountability in duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Set up tables with necessary items for service.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items and pairings.
• Bus tables promptly and quietly, ensuring cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items and wine pairings to guests.
