Job summary

Wet Willie's in Conroe, Texas is seeking a friendly and professional server to assist guests with food and beverage service. Responsibilities include taking and delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.

Qualified candidates should be at least 18 years old, have valid alcohol certification, and preferably one year of serving experience. Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Alcohol certification required (TABC, BASSET).
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Service food and beverage, including order-taking and delivery.
• Check station for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greet guests courteously and explain specials.
• Take and input orders into the Point of Sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver orders to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Abide by state and federal regulations for serving alcohol.

Job description

• Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items
• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order
• Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements

• Valid Alcohol certification required (TABC, BASSET)
