Job summary

F3nomenal is seeking a friendly and guest-focused Server in Blueberry Hill, Kentucky. You will take orders, deliver meals, and ensure a positive dining experience by maintaining high service standards and teamwork.

You will adhere to health and safety standards, assist with side work, manage guest checks at POS, and participate in staff meetings. The role requires basic reading/writing English and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service mindset.
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
• Must possess valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to attendance policy and procedural compliance.
• Perform dining room set-up, side work and closing duties.
• Sell to guests by communicating with extensive product knowledge.
• Serve guests according to service standards.
• Maintain restaurant safety and sanitation.
• Compute guest checks and operate the POS.
• Attend mandatory meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Wear a professional appearance and follow dress policy.
