Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Fusion Security Specialist for its Culver City site. This part-time, on-site role prioritizes safety, professional conduct, and exceptional guest service. The specialist acts as primary point of contact for safety issues and maintains site policy compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring site activity, initiating investigations, handling emergencies with EMS, and utilizing strong conflict-management skills in high-stress situations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience.
• Associate’s degree or higher in criminal justice or business management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferred.
• Proficient in iOS, macOS, and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall activity on the site to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Initiate investigations of security-related incidents.
• Operate in a professional, business-centered environment where customer service, confidentiality, and integrity are held to a high standard.
• Assist EMS or other officials during emergencies.
• Professional experience in people and conflict management with tact and discretion, and the ability to function in stressful situations.
