Job summary

Security Industry Specialists in Chicago, IL is seeking a Fusion Security Specialist (part-time) to provide world-class security and top-tier customer service on-site. You will greet, assist, direct personnel, and enforce client site rules with a professional presence and calm demeanor.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with policies, and effective response to incidents, with reporting to the Site Manager. Prior security, EMS collaboration, and state-guard licenses are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of military or law enforcement experience OR

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall activity on the site to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Initiate investigations of security-related incidents
• Operate in a professional, business-centered environment where customer service, confidentiality, and integrity are held to a high standard
• Assist EMS or other officials during emergencies
• Professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion, and the ability to function in stressful situations
• Must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses
