Job summary

Wet Willie's in Ventura, CA is seeking a Door Greeter / Security to protect people and property by preventing incidents and by observing and reporting any issues. The role includes greeting guests, opening doors, and assisting fellow crew members with daily tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The position requires adherence to California break requirements, a uniform/dress code, and participation in pre-meal meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Clock-in and out on Micros system as directed by management.
• Take breaks as required by California law.
• Assist fellow crewmembers in transporting all soiled plateware and glassware throughout the facility.
• Greet guests by opening the door, showing the facility and bidding farewell.

Responsibilities

• Protect people and property for Discovery Ventura by preventing offenses/incidents.
• Observe and report offenses/incidents when they occur.
• Open doors, greet guests, and bid farewell to visitors.
• Work as a team and assist throughout the evening.
• Attend all pre-meal meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Maintain uniform and dress code (black shoes, dark pants, pressed shirt).
• Clock in/out on Micros system as directed by management.
