Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly to ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and retail area.
• Process cash and credit card transactions.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor and replenish salon inventory and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate flow from reception to cutting floor with the team.
• Complete secondary tasks such as cleaning, prep, and sanitation.
• Support marketing efforts including local outreach and social media updates.
• Participate in Sport Clips training and team meetings.
