Anthropologie in Bend, OR is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a genuine and unique customer experience. You will engage customers, share product options, and complete transactions using in-store technology.

You’ll contribute to a collaborative team, learn current trends, and help maintain store presentation while supporting omni-order fulfillment. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand affinity and enthusiasm for fashion retail.
• Prior experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a store team.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as store needs require.

Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage customers in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes/colors, and place orders for items not in store.
• Builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and helps others.
• Participates in learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Contributes to positive team morale through store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders.
• Provides insights related to customer and employee experience to Store Leadership.
