Job summary

Enmarket is recruiting for Sales Associates to ensure smooth, efficient operation of our stations. You will work shifts, meet customers, and strive to provide friendly, in-store service that reflects our values and policies.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, suggesting purchases, promoting specials, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment while supporting a positive team culture and high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at the 8th grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations to make change and balance shift tasks.
• Validate identification before selling tobacco and/or alcohol where required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy items safely.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift.
• Greet customers, suggest purchases, and promote specials.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store.
