Job summary

Enmarket is looking for fresh and friendly faces to join our team. Our Sales Associates help run the station, deliver excellent customer service, and promote our value offerings while ensuring safety and cleanliness on shift.

Applicants should be able to read and write English at an eighth‑grade level, perform basic arithmetic, and lift up to 50 pounds. We value a positive attitude and a commitment to serving customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change, complete shift reports, and account for products during vendor check-in.
• Validate identification prior to selling tobacco or alcohol per regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures and environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during the assigned shift and ensure store profitability and service quality.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and promote specials.
• Prepare a shift report and communicate operational changes to management.
• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order inside and around the store.
