Responsibilities

• Manage group booking logistics: create and maintain group blocks, rooming lists, billing details, and pre-arrival assignments.
• Prepare for seamless arrivals: ensure group and special requests are confirmed and assigned prior to arrival.
• Manage pre-arrival communication: oversee guest messaging including 24-hour pre-arrival texts and inquiries.
• Balance room inventory: monitor and adjust availability for today and a 14-day forecast.
• Deliver exceptional experiences: handle VIP and suite reservations and look for opportunities to enhance stays.
• Assist guest services: answer calls, log requests, assist with bookings, and resolve issues to uphold standards.
