Job summary

Daly Seven is seeking a Room Attendant / Housekeeper to create a sanctuary for travelers by keeping rooms fresh, comfortable, and cared for. You will clean guest rooms and common areas, and assist with linen management and lost-and-found, while upholding safety and security protocols.

Ideal candidates bring housekeeping experience, strong time management, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. You’ll work on-site with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Time management.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and regularly go up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned guest rooms and common areas to high standards.
• Always speak to guests with courtesy and a friendly smile.
• Perform daily checks of furniture, fixtures, and equipment and report deficiencies to the manager.
• Mark each cleaned room on housekeeping sheet and notify front desk when room is ready.
• Complete missing linen reports and promptly turn in lost and found items.
• Maintain neat, locked storage closets, restock housekeeping cart, empty trash, and clear vacuums at end of shift.
• Arrive on time in uniform with name tag and obtain work schedule promptly.
• Act as part of hotel security by staying alert for hazards and reporting them to the manager.
• Keep room keys secure and confidential.
