• Change linens and make beds.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop and trash collection.
• Replenish guest amenities and toiletries.
• Load and organize cart; store properly after shift.
• Receive keys and assigned rooms and return them at shift end.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues promptly.
• Follow lost-and-found procedures for left items.
• Report items in need of repair or unsafe conditions.
