RaceTrac is looking for a Store Associate in Jefferson, Georgia. The ideal candidate will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional guest experiences while ensuring food and beverage quality standards are met.

This role offers up to $17.50 per hour with flexible scheduling options including nights and weekends, career growth opportunities, and comprehensive training in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self‑checkout.
• Ensure food and beverage items are available and up to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out.
