Job summary

Disney Store in Camarillo is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet guests, answer questions, and help customers find products on Disneystore.com. You will perform cash wrap and POS duties while upholding brand standards and delivering a magical guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, availability for evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. 18+ and legal right to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Minimum two shifts Monday through Friday with weekend availability.
• Lifting up to 45 lbs and climbing a ladder may be required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail/service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supports Disney Store mission, Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages.
• Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and make suggestions.
• Provides a high-energy, entertaining, and dynamic guest experience.
• Assists Guests in finding solutions using Disneystore.com.
• Maintains Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visuals, and housekeeping.
• Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently.
• Participates in shipment processing and floor replenishment.
• Promotes a safe working and shopping environment.
