Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems seeks a friendly Retail Associate to provide guest service, handle cashiering duties, and keep the outlet organized. You will answer guest inquiries, relay information about services, and maintain accuracy in transactions.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while performing cashiering duties.
• Organize and maintain appearance of assigned retail outlet.
• Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. Answer questions and offer assistance to provide guest satisfaction. Relay accurate information to guests regarding hours of operation, Hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.
• Receive payment from guests in the form of cash, credit cards, room charges and comp slips; make change as needed, verify validity of charges, record charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed in order to properly balance all monetary transactions.
• Make deposits/cash drops, complete appropriate cashier paperwork/reports, balance and secure bank.
• Keep shop organized and neat in appearance i.e., dust, straighten, stack, etc.
• Check all incoming stock against invoices to make sure that the correct quantities are being received.
• Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
