Las Vegas, NV MGM Resorts International is seeking a friendly retail associate to join our team and deliver outstanding guest service in our shopping spaces. If you are passionate about helping guests find what they need and creating a memorable visit, this role is for you.

The starting rate is $17.00 per hour, with responsibilities including assisting guests, keeping the store clean, stocking merchandise, and communicating improvement opportunities to Retail Management for a better guest

Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in retail sales.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s easeof shopping
• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
