Job summary

Sudden Service is seeking an Assistant Manager in Portland, Tennessee to assist the General Manager in leading a team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining service standards, and managing store operations in the absence of the GM. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in retail or hospitality, a high school diploma, and strong interpersonal skills. Benefits include weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K matching plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality industry experience.
• 18+ years of age.
• Sufficient visual ability to check ID and process payments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in leading and coaching store staff.
• Ensure best in class service for all guests.
• Train and develop team members.
• Maintain store image and inventory standards.
