Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch Township, MN is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, answer questions, and provide information about Island Passport program and property amenities.

You will input and maintain guest data in the casino management system, issue Island Passport cards, redeem comps, and help meet goals while delivering high guest service and maintaining professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-year hospitality or guest service experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $19.00 an hour with $2.00 an hour additional shift differential on swing and grave shift

• Welcome guests, answer questions and provide information and support to guests

Knowledge And Certification, Skills And Abilities

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Office, restaurant, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke and outdoors for guest events


• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays
