Job summary

The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking a detail-oriented Public Space Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public spaces throughout the resort, ensuring a welcoming environment for every guest.

This full-time role requires reliability, strong guest service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Training is provided to uphold our standards of Quality, Class, and Distinction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and legal ability to work in the U.S.
• Experience in housekeeping, custodial, or hotel/public areas preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned public areas across the resort, including lobbies and common spaces.
• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and assist as needed.
• Restock supplies and ensure restrooms and amenities are stocked.
• Report safety, maintenance, or cleanliness concerns to leadership.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and store materials properly.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event cleaning as directed.
