Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate in Chelsea, ME to deliver a friendly guest experience, keep the store clean and stocked, and support daily store operations. You will operate the register, assist guests, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with a $1.50 night premium for eligible hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, and opportunities for growth and development in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits per state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store clean and organized.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately and politely.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to management when needed.
