Pizza Hut is seeking a Team Member to support daily restaurant operations and guest experiences on site. You will follow position-specific training, help with food prep and service, and uphold brand standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will complete required training, demonstrate strong service skills, and contribute to a positive, efficient team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Follows all position-specific training processes as listed in shoulder-to-shoulder training.
• Always puts customer needs first.
• Promotes a positive restaurant culture (Live Life Unboxed!).
• Delivers on Pizza Hut service principles (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Serve, Service with a Smile).
• Delivers high customer satisfaction results.
• Follows all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards and processes (food safety, restaurant and driver safety, CHAMPS, CORE).
• Completes cleaning duties and sidework daily.
• Provides excellent customer service on telephone calls.
• Cleans and washes dishes.
• Assists with food preparation and ready-for-customer practices.
• Adheres to the Employee Handbook and policies (cash controls, anti-harassment, etc.).
• Maintains professional image and ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC.
• Exhibits Tasty Hut, LLC core values and works daily to fulfill mission and vision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Training/Requirements: Be a customer mani ac! – role specific; passion for customer service (Shoulder to Shoulder and Learning Zone courses completed).
