The role requires reliability, attendance, and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends. You will learn through a short orientation and then schedule shifts using Target's tools to fit your life while helping guests.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist them to find products or resolve issues.
• Support guests and team members in other areas while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
• Operate scanning and checkout duties accurately and safely.
