Job summary

RaceTrac is looking for a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll engage with guests at the register or self-checkout and help suggest products to boost guest purchases.

The role offers flexible part-time or full-time options, with hands-on training and opportunities for growth. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regulations.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including inventory support.
