Job summary

RaceTrac in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Store Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout, keep shelves stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming store for every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress)
• Experience in fast-paced guest-focused environments is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and initiative are valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the register or self-checkout and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays clean and organized.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in food prep areas as applicable.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure product availability.
• Upsell/promote relevant items to enhance guest purchases while upholding company policies.
