Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Porter to join our center team in a fast-paced entertainment environment. You will help keep the facility clean, assist with event setup, and address equipment issues to ensure guests have a great experience.

Candidates should be reliable, work well in a team, and demonstrate strong communication and guest-service commitment. This on-site role emphasizes physical activity and prompt issue resolution with a friendly attitude.

• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Strong team player & multi-tasker

Responsibilities

• Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom – inside and out
• Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
• Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
• Perform minor building maintenance as needed
