Responsibilities

• Receive direction and training from the Owner and/or Area Supervisor; motivate, direct, and coach colleagues to work proficiently at their assigned stations.
• Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner according to Little Caesars procedures.
• Supervise all colleagues, including those under 18 years old; ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet customer needs and that customers are satisfied with service and products.
• Build sales and control costs by using all cost-control tools and processes; troubleshoot operational problems and implement acceptable solutions.
• Discuss responsibilities with the Owner and/or designee; review essential job functions normally defined as daily/regular activities affecting restaurant success.
