Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or ten years of equivalent professional experience is required.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Superb effective business writing skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation and sense of decorum.

Responsibilities

• Assist general manager in handling all aspects of the beer garden operation to maintain guest experience.
• Ensure every guest receives a positive, high-quality experience.
• Manage operations and staff during daily shifts.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Train and test employees to uphold core competencies and service standards.
• Assist with execution of private events.
• Lead the team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
