HomeGoods in Seattle is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, engage with shoppers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will ring up purchases, promote credit and loyalty programs, assist with stocking and recovery, and work with team to meet store goals while following policies.

This role requires flexibility, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and participates in store recovery.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards; adheres to labor laws and policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
