Guest Experience Manager for The Block - Rogers

Craft & Crew Hospitality is excited to bring The Block to Rogers, MN! Opening in May, The Block Rogers will be a dog-friendly, community-focused restaurant featuring great food, refreshing drinks, and an inviting atmosphere. We're looking for an energetic and hospitality-driven Guest Experience Manager to help lead our team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

About The Role

As the Guest Experience Manager, you'll be the face of The Block Rogers, ensuring every guest feels welcome, taken care of, and eager to return. You'll work closely with our leadership team to maintain exceptional service, oversee front-of-house operations, and lead a team that takes pride in delivering top-notch hospitality. Additionally, with two volleyball courts and a volleyball league launching at The Block Rogers, you'll have the opportunity to help organize and oversee league operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide outstanding guest service.
  • Be a hands-on presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  • Work closely with management on hiring, training, and coaching team members.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee and help manage The Block Rogers' volleyball league, coordinating games, sign-ups, and ensuring a great experience for players and spectators.
What We're Looking For
  • A hospitality-focused leader who loves connecting with people.
  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
