Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold guest service excellence across checkout, bagging, click-and-collect, and parking areas. You will assist the Sr.

Guest Services Manager, supervise daily operations, manage cashier responsibilities, and help foster a friendly, efficient shopping environment for customers and teammates. We offer an Employee Stock Ownership Program, daily pay options, PTO, and 401(k) with employer match to support team growth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end team and ensure guest service standards.
• Oversee checkout processes, self-checkouts, bagging area, and parcel pickup.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with daily operations and parking lot areas.
