Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor at Sortino's Italian Kitchen in Sandusky, OH. You will model company standards, lead a team, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction with a friendly, professional approach in a full-service setting.

Responsibilities include supporting the management team, stepping in to maintain service levels, and supervising daily operations while upholding safety and quality standards across all food and beverage outlets.

Competenze

• General food and beverage knowledge with front-of-house experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively; bi-lingual is a plus.
• Willingness to train, coach, and develop staff to improve service quality.

Mansioni

• Support the Restaurant Manager and leadership team to uphold standards and training.
• Fill in as needed to ensure guest service and smooth operations.
• Coach and develop staff; maintain equipment and safety in the dining areas.
• Ensure quality service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
