Job summary

Hotel Rumbao, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Old San Juan is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team, oversee daily operations, and coach agents to deliver warm Puerto Rican hospitality. The role requires hands‑on leadership across shifts and the ability to manage arrivals, payments, and guest communications.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, performs well during peak periods, and takes pride in developing a strong, guest‑focused team that upholds Tribute Portfolio

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience supervising a front desk team is required or highly preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly in English and with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Lead front desk team across shifts; manage arrivals and departures.
Ensure cashiering accuracy and house bank accountability.
Coordinate group and third‑party check‑ins and communications.
Train agents on PMS, procedures, and guest service standards.
Act as MOD in absence of Front Office Manager and cover Night Audit if needed.
