Job summary

McDonald's is hiring Guest Experience Leaders to work from 8am to 8pm in our restaurant locations. Part-time and full-time shifts available. Earn up to $15.00 per hour with flexible scheduling, training programs, and opportunities for advancement.

Team members receive Daily Pay, Paid Time Off and access to tuition assistance up to $2,500 per year. Candidates must be 16 or older and ready to provide excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with ordering
• Help guests use the kiosks and answer questions
• Assist guests who need extra hands or special help
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat
• Handle guest concerns and feedback
• Coordinate with restaurant team to improve service
