Job summary

Bank First Beloit is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to oversee branch operations, supervise frontline staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in promoting bank products, guiding teams, and maintaining a strong control environment across daily activities.

The role combines leadership duties with teller oversight and active customer engagement, delivering a holistic guest experience while supporting growth and community focus in Beloit, WI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months banking experience, with both teller and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
• Experience with loan applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the frontline team of Tellers and CSRs, including coaching and conflict resolution.
• Participate in hiring and training for tellers, CSRs and branch staff.
• Conduct audits of drawers, ATM, cash dispensers, and vault for regulatory compliance.
• Create and manage team schedules for branch optimization.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Resolve customer complaints and collaborate with branch leadership as needed.
• Train staff on teller operations, customer service, policies, and cross-selling.
• Lead Branch Leadership Training programs monthly.
