Qualifications

• Sales Lead is an entry level supervisor position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Team to deliver optimal guest service.
• Perform opening and closing operations.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and register transactions.
• Build relationships with team to support business results.
• Support coaching and development of team members.
• Ensure store cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
• Uphold loss prevention procedures.
• Respond to guest service issues with Store Director.
