• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with associates to perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and peers to grow the business.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete transactions and cash handling per policies.
