Job summary

Publix Sports Park in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Guest Services Lead to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering excellent service and deep knowledge of park programs. This part-time, non-exempt role supports leagues, camps, and events while upholding cash handling procedures and safety.

The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow within a team recognized for excellence and community focus at Publix Sports Park.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Strong guest service, detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the venue and the guests.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
• Help ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, meeting dates/times).
• Operate multi-line phones.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest and team member information.
• Professionally resolve guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to the appropriate Manager.
• Maintain a clean space and perform regular walk-throughs (indoor/outdoor).
• Serve as point person on shift.
• Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assigned by management.
