Chelsea Piers Lp is hiring a Hospitality Associate for our Hudson Square location in New York. You’ll be the first and last impression for members, delivering 5-star hospitality in a fast-paced, brand-new venue opening this fall. Responsibilities

• Welcoming every member, prospective member and guest like a regular – using names when possible and creating a warm first and last impression
• Mastering our member systems to ensure smooth check-ins, class arrivals, and guest experiences
• Answering phones and member questions with energy, empathy and ownership – ensuring every interaction feels personal and helpful
• Supporting shift-specific needs like front desk, concierge, marketing, or street team activations
• Keeping an eye on everything – facilities, locker rooms, events, and personal training sessions – and submitting tickets through appropriate systems
• Monitoring guest awareness and maintaining security awareness
• Problem solving like a pro – you’ll be trained to resolve issues and know when to elevate
• Collaborating with every department, from sales to operations, because hospitality – and recognizing great work – touches everything
