Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and other departments.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to keep guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises clean and orderly.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure quality service.
