Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required for California roles.

Responsibilities

• Making a memorable first and last impression.
• Greeting incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner.
• Coordinating the wait and seating Guests with urgency.
• Maintaining a friendly conversation with Guests.
• General knowledge of the food and drink menu for recommendations.
• Promptly answering the phone and directing calls.
• Assisting throughout the restaurant as a team player.
