You will be the first on-floor leader, guiding the team to deliver a safe, fun, high-energy experience for guests. Responsibilities include directing service during shifts, coaching staff, ensuring smooth event flow, handling guest inquiries, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in high-volume hospitality.
• Strong guest service skills in a high-energy environment.
• Hands-on, proactive leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team during shifts to ensure smooth floor operations and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bartenders, servers, barbacks, and floor staff with on-the-spot coaching.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure accurate POS use and cash handling.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards on the floor.
• Collaborate with AGM and other managers to optimize operations.
