McDonald's Guest Experience Leader is a role in our Kansas City area restaurants, offering part-time hours between 8am and 8pm. You will greet guests, assist with kiosks, and help create a welcoming, efficient dining experience for customers of all ages.

• Check back after meals to ensure satisfaction.

• Address guest concerns and relay feedback to team.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to provide a smooth experience.
