Job summary

Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Outside Services Professional for a seasonal role (October 2026 – May 2027). Starting pay is $20.50/hour.

You’ll be the first/last contact for Members and Guests, assisting with bag drop, cart operations, and practice facilities while upholding a professional club image. Ideal candidates are team players passionate about golf and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• No traffic violations within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members/guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Assist with pre- and post-round needs including bag handling, club cleaning, and bag return.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet per course, including club utility vehicles.
• Set up and maintain practice facility areas according to the daily schedule.
• Support golf tournaments and events; maintain a clean, organized work area.
