Job summary

McDonald’s in Coram, NY is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to help welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a great visit in a fast-paced team environment.

You'll assist guests with ordering kiosks, monitor satisfaction, resolve concerns, and contribute to a friendly, energetic dining experience. You must be at least 16 years old and ready to learn and grow with supportive training opportunities and benefits.

Requirements:

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
• Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
• Checking with them once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied, or to see if they need anything else
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
